Ruben Smit worked for over 11 years as an Educator and Exhibition Communicator at the Tropenmuseum, a major national ethnographical museum in Amsterdam. Later he became Manager of the Project Team at Kasteel Groeneveld. His last position in the work field was as Head of Presentations and Education at the Museum for Communication in The Hague. Now he is a full time lecturer at the Reinwardt Academy. He has held various posts in the professional museum field as both member of the board of the Netherlands Museum Association or as a member of several advisory committees.
Natasja Wehman
Natasja Wehman studied Art and Cultural Policy-making and specialized in Art Education. She launched her own business &Wehman, Cultural Projects Bureau which allows her to work on a wide variety of projects. She works as a consultant to museums advising them about their public functions. In 2007, she worked as head of Communication in the Van Gogh Museum.
