Sponsor is a company or firm residing outside the Netherlands
In this case you should send in two documents:
1. an original statement (letter) from the sponsor
2. an original bank statement (letter)
Sponsor statement requirements
- not older than 3 months
- must be dated
- undersigned by an authorized executive of the company or firm
- name and address of the company or firm
- starting date and ending date of the financial support
- the monthly amount transferred to the student
- full name and date of birth of the student
Bank statement requirements
- not older than 3 months
- must be dated
- undersigned by an authorized official from the bank
- issued on behalf of the sponsoring company or firm
- bares the account number of the sponsoring company/firm
- shows a positive balance of at least €10,916.28 for a fulltime bachelor's course and €11,916.28 for a fulltime master's course (or equivalent in foreign currency)
- makes clear that the amount can be used for immediate withdrawal (no saving account, bonds, stocks or likewise)
- shows contact information from the issuing bank (name, address e.g.)
