Financing by means of a scholarship

If you are granted a scholarship, send in an original statement (letter) from the granting organization.

Requirements:

the amount granted
student's full name, date of birth and address
date of issue
starting date and ending date of scholarship
name and address of issuing organization/foundation
undersigned by an authorised representative of the granting organization
